Composition

Atropine sulfate 

Indication

(1) Ease gastrointestinal smooth muscle spasmodic pain.

(2) before anesthesia, can reduce the secretion of respiratory tract.
(3) type of slow arrhythmia, such as sinus atrial block and atrioventricular block, etc.
(4) infection of toxic shock.
(5) to rescue organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
(6) partial dosing for iridocyclitis and mydriatic fundus.

Dosage and Administration

Intramuscular, subcutaneous or intravenous injection, one dose, per 1kg body weight,

Before anesthesia:

0.02~0.05mg/kg body weight for horse,cattle, sheep, pig, dog and cat.

Save organic lipid phosphate poisoning :

0.5~1mg/kg body weight for horse,cattle, sheep and pig, 

0.1~0.15mg/kg body weight for dog and cat, 

0.1~0.2mg/kg body weight for poultry.

None

Precaution

(1) Larger doses can strongly gastrointestinal muscle contraction, cause acute 

stomach expansion, expansion agent rumen drum up the risk of gas for horses, cattle 

(2) Excessive poisoning can appear when the pupil loose big, tachycardia, muscle 

tremors, irritability, hyperthyroidism, excited with suppressed, often died of respiratory 

arrest. When rescue easy for symptomatic treatment, injectable choline medicine 

against its surroundings, such as lentils alkali injection or the use of chloral hydrate, 

stability and short-acting benzodiazepines drugs to fight the central excitement symptoms.
